Sampling process:

You will be assigned a Product Specialist from our friendly team.
Your dedicated Product Specialist will give you a call to take a few details in order to send your samples to you quickly.
Your GentleCath™ catheter samples will be delivered discreetly by DPD.
You will try the GentleCath™ catheter samples. We recommend using at least 4 or 5 catheters to really evaluate the benefits.
Your dedicated Product Specialist will give you a call to see how you found the samples.
If you like GentleCath™ catheters, we can organise for your prescription to be changed immediately, you don’t need to lift a finger.

Please note: you are required to have a prescription for intermittent catheters to receive a sample. Our team will be in contact in the  next couple of days to confirm your details and tell you more about  the catheter.
